What is the Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division?
The primary function of Juvenile Court is to address matters involving children under 18 years of age in various cases. The matters handled by Juvenile Court include delinquency (criminal) and traffic matters for juveniles; Abuse, Neglect, and Dependency matters; custody matters involving unmarried parents and/or relatives, child support, and grandparent visitation or gradparent power of attorney matters.

Her legal experience includes representing Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services as an Assistant County Prosecutor, adults and children in criminal matters, parents involved with Children & Family Services, and as a Guardian ad Litem for children and adults.
